How can I order online?

What can be more relaxing than browsing and shopping from the comfort of your home? Make yourself a hot tea, take your favorite blanket and get ready: our on-line shop is never closed and the buying process has been split in easy to follow steps. Our extensive offer has been structured into product categories and sub-groups, and has different filters to help you find the perfect jewels.
For example, you can sort according to category (Necklaces, Bracelets etc.) as well as according to color, price, occasion and so on. Once you find your desired jewel, you can click on the picture to find out more detailed information regarding colors, materials, as well as the available sizes.
If you decide to buy an item, place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping bag” button. You can go on browsing and adding products to your bag just like in a regular shop. Adding products to your bag does not mean you are required to buy them. If you like a product but you aren’t sure about it yet, you may use the “Add to my wish list” button, it will help you see all the products that you liked while browsing, without needing to retrace your steps or start searching for them anew.
To see the content of your shopping bag so far, click on the “My shopping bag” button (on the top-right corner of your screen). If you decide you don’t want a product after all, you can just remove it from the bag by clicking “Delete”, or you can order it more than once by clicking on the “+” button until you reach your desired amount.
One you have reached a decision, click on the “Check out” button. The paying process has been divided in guided steps.

How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

After receiving your order we will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail that also contains information about your order number, payment method, shopping cart, as well as the invoicing and delivery address.

Gift vouchers

You aren’t sure about your gift? A voucher is always a good idea. Your dear ones can choose for themselves, this way you are sure they will always wear their jewelry with pleasure.

Can I place an order by telephone?

At the moment we only accept online orders.

What are the available payment options?

The prices quoted on the product pages include the legal VAT and other price components. The legal Austrian VAT will be shown separately.
Additionally to the stated prices we are invoicing shipping costs. The shipping costs will be marked separately on the product pages as a link, in the shopping cart as well as on the order sheet. By transnational deliveries could result other price components such as other taxes or customs duties. (intra community supply).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, SOFORT, bank transfer, as well as gift vouchers.

How high are the shipping costs?

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address as stated by you and through a delivery service appointed by our company.  We will make every effort to deliver the goods on the date you requested, but this cannot be guaranteed. The shipping costs may differ from region to region.
Austria& Germany – 3,80 euro, delivery between 2 and 4 days from the time you place your order.
All other EU countries – 5,80 euro, delivery between 5 and 10 days from the time you place your order
International – 20 euro, delivery times between 10-15 days from the time you place your order.

Can my order be delivered to any address worldwide?

Yes, nevertheless expect delays if you find yourself in a country currently under embargo or import restrictions.

Are you available 24/7?

You can reach us during our office hours: Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 17:00, and Friday between 08:00 and 13:00, with the exception of bank holidays. Or wirte an Email: service@oliverweber.at

Can I return a product after I received it?

We do hope that you’ll love our jewels, nevertheless should decide they do not fit you, or you’d prefer another item, please send them back to us. You may cancel a purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the goods by you. No reason needs to be stated. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you are no longer bound to the agreement and Westa GmbH will refund any payments you have made with respect to this agreement, provided that the items are returned in in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.
In order to cancel the agreement, it is sufficient to send a notice in writing, or on a permanent data carrier, within two weeks to the address specified above in paragraph two, or to send the goods back to the address Westa Gmbh, Gewerbepark Süd 24, 6068 Mils, Austria.
If you cancel the purchase agreement, you must return the goods within thirty days of the cancellation of the order. The goods returned are dispatched at the expense and risk of the buyer. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are dispatched.

Are you providing a product guarantee? How long does the guarantee apply?

Westa GmbH offers a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine Oliver Weber Collection products purchased from our stores (including Online) or authorized Oliver Weber partners.
The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Westa Gmbh or our partners’ opinion is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair and negligence. We offer a 2 years guarantee on production errors.
You can make use of our warranty by contacting us per mail at service@oliverweber.at or by contacting the shop you made the purchase from. You will be instructed how to proceed forward. Please make sure to send the item together with its guarantee card. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product for its retail value. Westa Gmbh does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.

Which ring size do I need?

The ring size can be determined by ring diameter or ring circumference.

Ring diameter: Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of a matching ring. If you do not have a ring available, then determine the size with the help of the ring circumference.

Ring circumference: Take a piece of thread and wrap this thread around the relevant finger. After loosening the thread measure the length of the thread. Depending on the time and temperature, the finger circumference varies.
